01 / 27 (trip) Sparkleberry Swamp Start: 11:00 am End: 3:00 pm Description: TRIP COORDINATORS: Ed Wrightson, Kate Whitaker A favorite paddle and a good one for all and most types of boats. Very little current and nice access to sunshine for most of the trip. We'll probably paddle 4-5 hours. No shuttle necessary. Be sure to leave your car empty at the landing for safety's sake. more info

02 / 11 (trip) North Fork Edisto River Start: 9:00 am End: 5:00 pm Description: We have a great trip coming up on SUNDAY, the 11th of February. It is one of my favorites and not too far away from Columbia. Come join us on the North Fork of the Edisto River, paddling from Baughmans Landing (Shillings Bridge) to the Rose Gardens in Orangeburg (about 8-10 river miles). We plan to reach the take-out before dark. more info

02 / 24 (trip) Cedar Creek Start: 11:00 am End: 5:00 pm Description: This is a good trip for all types of boats and skill level of paddlers unless the Creek is in flood. We will make alternate plans closer to the date if that is the case. We will meet at the put-in at South Cedar Creek Road at 11:00. (Plan on about a half an hour drive from the football stadium). There is no shuttle to run. more info
