This is a nice, swampy area depending on the water level that Brian O'Cain originally shared with the Club. There are lots of exploring possibilities. It is an old oxbow off the River that has been mostly cut off and now forms its own adventure. All boats and skill levels welcome. Come explore with us.

Description:
This is a beautiful trip into the heart of the old Lowcountry rice fields below Lake Moultrie, just off of the Tail Race Canal connecting the Santee Lakes to the Cooper River. There is no shuttle to run so the trip length is variable; count on about 4 -5 hours on the water. Trip is suitable for all boats and skill levels.
