07 / 19 (trip) Wateree River Start: 10:00 am End: 5:00 pm Description: Description: 7.4 miles, 2 hour paddle flat water, first hour maybe some Class 1 rapids if water then slow moving for last hour but deeper water. Put-in is at base of dam then take-out at landing under Hwy 1 bridge. Good parking at put-in and take-out. more info

07 / 26 (trip) North Fork Edisto River Start: 9:00 am End: 5:00 pm Description: We are going for a river trip, probably a challenging one this weekend. The water is low (about 2 feet) according to the gage but it is pouring down rain as I write this (Monday afternoon in Columbia). Maybe the water level will rise? more info
