Lots of exciting things planned for the meeting this month. Mandy, from Get Your Gear On Consignment Shop, will be sharing with us information about this shop, gear available, trips they will be scheduling and hints on overnight kayak/canoe camping. This should be very helpful for the overnight trips we have coming up on the schedule. Member Tam will give a 10 minute presentation on the program in Colorado that she has been involved with and Rock plans on sharing some video of the Paddling Georgia adventure and some whitewater footage from Costa Rica. And, as per usual, we will briefly review the recent paddling trips and preview the ones coming up and conduct a little business. Dennis will update us as to the new trip schedule, put together at the latest trip planning meeting scheduled for May 23rd (6:30, see calendar for details, input from all members welcome!). Afterwards, those that are so inclined might adjourn to a restaurant for food and conversation.
