Amphitheater Cayce River Walk

To discuss future trips from June until end of year. Please come prepared to offer suggestions on trips, both flat water and whitewater. Volunteers to head trips are appreciated. Looks like a great summer and I would like a trip for every weekend. I would suggest any volunteers to have a back-up trip on another day or another river if bad weather or low water cancels a trip. This way we keep the trips running. I am considering some weekday after work trips down the Saluda from 6:30 to 8 maybe on Wednesday "hump" day for both whitewater ( zoo down to Gervais St.) and flatwater ( Saluda Shoals to radio towers) but I need volunteers. These late afternoon paddles are very calm and beautiful. Any suggestions about trips, how to improve trips, or alternate activities related to paddling or water are encouraged. Hope to see you at the meeting. ( If case of rain, this meeting will move down the street to the shelter at Guinyard Cayce Park at Knox Abbott next to Monterrey restaurant .)
