Wateree Distance from 378 access point to Camden I-20 access point?

I'm new to the sport of kayaking and me and a buddy of mine are looking at kayaking the Wateree from the U.S. 378 boating access point down to the Camden (I believe it's the I-20 access point) and I was wondering how long this trip would be and if it is able to be done in one day? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

FYI, I-20 is north of US

FYI, I-20 is north of US 378. But it's the better part of 40 miles which ever way you go.
