Fun paddle at low level, clouds kept heat down. Best event was as we paddled toward Whitehouse rapids, the resident bald eagle dived into the water a few yards away grabbed a fish and flew up to his nearby nest. Best and nearest view of this eagle since it moved onto the Saluda. This was awesome! Everyone dropped a jaw when this happened.
