"GET BACK ON THE WATER FOR 2008"

Saluda River from Meetze landing to Radio Towers. Flat water with a 2 or 3 ripples, minimal Class I. Trip lasts about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Meet at Meetze landing off Corley Mill Road (look for sign river access) or Saluda Shoals landing which is directly across from Meetze landing but Saluda Shoals requires access fee. Meet at 10 am then shuttle to take out at radio towers. Should be on water by 11am Weather is to be sunny and in 60s. Paddle is good for all skill levels and all boats except fiberglass due to rocks in low water. Should be off the river by 12 or 12:30. Hope all can come to start a new year of exciting trips for 2008.
