On Saturday, March 7, 2009 10 bags of trash was collected at the beach across from Riverbanks Zoo. 1 bag at James Metts Landing and down river to Gardendale Landing. 2 bags at Gardendale Landing.

A Cookout was held at the former Columbia Police Club on the banks of the Saluda River. Thanks to David Jordan for the use of his beautiful property.

Thanks to the 16 Palmetto Paddler Volunteers for the use of their time.

The next Adopt-A-Waterway Cleanup is scheduled for July 25th.
