I did a overnight trip on Lake Murray a few weeks ago and since then I've been digging for information on the history of it before it was flooded. On several old maps, I've found that 2 roads intersected right in the middle of present day Counts Island. Has anyone explored the Island or know if there is any "pre-flood" signs of civilization on the Island? I appreciate any information that anyone has.
